The galaxy and outer space have always been fascinating to me. As a kid, the idea of anyone actually landing on Mars was simply a science fiction story. But now here we are today and it's a believable accomplishment in not-so-far-off future! I wasn't thinking of any of that when I painted this, I was just in a creative flow listening to music and relaxing. But when I looked at it closer to come up with the right title, all I could see was a rocket ship landing on Mars and alien creatures welcoming it!
